If you have spat in the direction of the Qibla to speak, then yes of course its haram, but only if the fartig spit or it does not really matter as long as you do not want to say that while spitting in the Haram Mosque is 100% . . : -)

I do not think it is haram for human things in the direction of Qibla, if you're not ready, like his brother. If an accident does not really do (which seems very strange to do it in that order), then it is not.
